Let me introduce Korea's historical bakeries~!!
In South Korea, there were a lot of bakeries to make bread in the traditional way.
But traditional bakeries closed the door because many franchise bakeries, for example, PARIS BAGUETTE, TOUS les JOURS.etc were made.
But there are some popular bakeries which are not to lose their history and tradition.
1) Gunsan, LEESUNGDANG(이성당)"LEESUNGDANG" opend in 1945 and proud of their 68-year tradition.
The popular bread in LEESUNGDANG is sweet red-bean bread, vegetable
bread and blue bread (made by only rice powder, water, salt, less sugar).
But the most popular bread is sweet red-bean bread.
The popular bread in Palace Bakery is dinosaur egg bread and butterfly pie.
Dinosaur egg bread is made by boiled egg, potato, cabbage, mayonnaise and have the name of the dinosaur egg resemble the eggs of dinosaur.
And butterfly pie is similar to the butterfly.
"Colombang Bakery" is Mokpo's a local specialty.
This bakery started in 1946 and proud of their
64-year tradition.
And at first domestic bakery which use the fresh cream.
Colombang Bakery's major menu is cream bread and cake, particularly fresh cream bread and shrimp baguette is received the love of the people.

Pancake, chocolate pie and sponge cake is popular menu in this bakery.
Particularly chocolate pie is the most popular menu because it is different from the snack chocolate pie.
This bakery's chocolate pie has the strawberry jam in the middle, instead marshmallow of fresh cream, and walnuts.
