China is the nearest country to Korea. Of course, Japan is also near to Korea, but there is sea between Japan and Korea. While, China and Korea is attached. Chinese food culture is similar to Korean food culture because both use chopsticks and spoon and usually eat rice. However, China which proud of their world's fourth largest area and 1.3billion people has diverse and colorful foods. There is a saying "Food in China". In other words, China has rich food ingredients and experiences of thousands. As a result, China has formed a unique food culture early. The Chinese emphasis on dignity, but emphasis on practical characteristic in 'eating'.
The Chinese think that eating is important, so there are a variety of proper foods. And when cook, they pursue taste, color, flavor and beauty. As eating, they improve their health and life's happy.
Now, let's take a look at Chinese traditional foods~
1) Beijing Duck(베이징 덕)
'Beijing Duck' is a traditional food in Beijing, China's capital. It is a smoked food which stick to the bar between duck's flesh and skin and soak sweet sauce. Originally, Beijing Duck is a popular food in Nanjing. By the way, Juwonjang who founded the Ming Dynasty marveled at the taste of Beijing Duck, so it became known. Beijing Duck's crispy skin and savory flavor is good.
2) Hwogwo(훠궈)
3) Dimsum(딤섬)
'Dimsum' is a Chinese dumpling and created
3 thousands ago in Guangong province and started to eat. In China, it is the
middle of a meal to eat and in Honkong, it eat as appetizer and in Korea, eat
it for dessert. Dimsum is a stodge, so should eat with tea and eat plain taste
first and eat sweet taste last. Dimsum has a several names, depending on the
shape and recipe.
★ China has a variety of traditional foods. China has 1.3billion people and a lot of nations, so Chinese foods are diverse and coloful. But now, evaluation of Chinese food is not good because eat monkey's bone and use fake egg and state of the hygiene and ingredients is unsafe. However, the right Chinese traditional foods have admirable level. A variety of ingredients that are produced in wide areas and many sauces and unique recipes shows that "Food in China". Chinese traditional foods have worth eating in one day.

Hi Jae Won! I love Chinese food. My husband is Chinese, you know, so when we visit China I try to eat a lot of different foods. There is so much variety, like you said. It's unfortunate the food is not always safe these days in China, though.
